River Polluters Beyond The Inspection’s Reach

The biggest river polluters in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are beyond the reach of the inspection authorities because the ministry has been postponing deadlines for the installation of water treatment systems, thus preventing inspection authorities to impose sanctions on them, while the polluters keep polluting the rivers and land where farmers grow crops and feed livestock without sanction.
