The Centre for Investigative Reporting (CIN), in partnership with the Centre for Research and Studies – GEA from Banja Luka and Futura from Mostar, is implementing the project “LENS – Strengthening the Capacity of Civil Society Organisations for Public Budget Monitoring”, with the support of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The project aims to enhance the capacity of civil society organisations (CSOs) to monitor public budgets and to promote greater transparency and accountability in the management of public funds.

To help achieve this goal, a new web platform – LENS – is being developed as a comprehensive online tool designed to enable civil society organisations and citizens to access, analyse, and better understand budgetary data in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This public call covers the design, development, and implementation of a modern, interactive, and scalable web platform (LENS).

Full details are available in the official public call document.
