Food tests

Five restaurants respond

The owners of five Sarajevo restaurants have responded to the test results published on our Web site. The testing was an independent analysis on food safety issues, contracted by CIN and conducted by the Veterinary Faculty in Sarajevo.

In the test, 95 food items were purchased between May and July from randomly selected restaurants, fast food, ćevapi, ice cream and cake shops in three cities in BiH. All results of the food tests were published on our Web site.

You can read the owners’ response here.
