The Cantonal court in Tuzla upheld Asmir Fazlić’s appeal after the Land Registry Office in Živinice had stopped the buyer from registering the property in his name. Fazlić bought the contested property from Tasim Kučević, sentenced to 12 years in prison on charges of organizing prostitution and human trafficking, at the end of March 2010.
