Gerald Gahima, the former Rwandan judge appointed to the new BiH War Crimes Chamber last April, is under investigation by overseers of the judicial system because of his background in Rwanda, according to Branko Perić, the President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC).
