Trying to get an easy payment plan stalls road construction in Konjic.
Bosnia is at the bottom of road contributions in Europe. What”s the reason: financing of bloated administration or lack of funds?
Nobody monitored federal main roads for one year because of administrative tangles. During that time, traffic inspectors in FBiH were administrators and not inspectors.
