USKOK filed an indictment against nine persons, among whom Milenko Bašić, the owner of the BiH company Lager, and Dragan Stipić, the executive manager of the company, accusing them of paying bribes to the Mayor of Knin and the State Secretary Josipa Rimac in order to obtain permits for the construction of a wind farm.
Despite the judgments of the Banja Luka District Court, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republika Srpska refuses to submit a copy of the concession contract for the construction of the motorway between Banjaluka and Prijedor.
The FBiH Police has confirmed the validity of the report against police officer Zoran Čegar for threats addressed to CIN journalists. In addition, CIN’s revelations about his illegally acquired property are being verified in a separate process.

SIPA detained the former director of KCUS Faris Gavrankapetanović, the employee of this health institution Muvedeta Čedić and the former Prime Minister Fikret Musić, and Sarajevo Canton Health Minister Zlatko Vuković. The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office suspects them of public procurement malfeasance in 2011 and 2012.
The role of civil society organizations in the preparation and execution of the budget and the prevention of misuse of public money and increasing budget transparency were the topics discussed at the round table organized by CIN with the partner organizations GEA from Banja Luka and Futura from Mostar.
FBiH delegate Jasenko Tufekčić pleaded guilty to fraud in office and forging of documents, for which he was sentenced to eight months in prison. Proceedings against him were initiated after CIN discovered that he was abusing transportation allowance and per diems.
